Why do LED lights have an energy efficiency rating of F or G?

The energy efficiency rating scale was revised in 2023 to make it clearer and more future-proof. The new classes range from A to G and replace the old A+, A++ and A+++ ratings.

LED lights now rated F or G were often rated A+++ in the past and are still extremely efficient. This change does not mean that the products are worse; it means that the scale has become stricter. Even LED lights rated F or G are among the best on the market and continue to offer significant energy savings. The new scale helps consumers compare and identify energy-efficient products more easily.

Are the bulbs included?

Yes! The lights come with matching E14 LEDs. The included bulbs have a very warm 2700K color temperature and provide a cozy light. Of course, you can also use your own LEDs.

How do I attach the glass balls?

Unlike conventional lamps with glass globes, we've dispensed with a plug-in mechanism, as this often leads to crooked installation and can scratch the glass. The glass globes of the Rovea floor lamp have a thread that allows them to be easily screwed into the holder.

Can I integrate the light into my smart home system?

Sure! All you need are suitable E14 LEDs that are compatible with your smart home system. The included LEDs are not smart home compatible, but you can of course replace them with LEDs of your choice.

Do I have to connect the light to the app?

No, you don’t have to. The light can also be controlled using only the remote control. However, we recommend connecting the light to the Tuya app anyway so you don’t miss any firmware updates for the driver.
