Q: Why do LED lights have an energy efficiency rating of F or G?

The energy efficiency rating scale was revised in 2021 to make it clearer and more future-proof. The new classes range from A to G and replace the old A+, A++, and A+++ ratings. LED lights rated F or G today were often rated A+++ in the past – their technology has not become less efficient. The scale simply became significantly stricter. At present, only highly specialized LED spotlights with cold, uninviting light achieve classes A to D. Comfortable LED lights with warm light, dimming capability, and high color rendering almost always fall into classes E, F, or G. This is not due to poor efficiency, but to deliberately chosen light quality. The difference in electricity costs is often only €3–4 per year – even with daily use.

Die Leuchte ist ein echtes Highlight in unserem Wohnzimmer. Sie ist sehr edel aber auch nicht zu präsent, das gefällt mir sehr gut. Wir haben das Leuchtmittel gegen Philips Hue ausgetauscht um die Leuchte in unsere Bridge einzubinden.

Lampe wurde super schnell geliefert und ist sehr hochwertig .

Lange Lieferzeit, toller Kundenservice

Ich habe eine Pendelleuchte bestellt. Diese hatte eine sehr lange Lieferzeit (ca. 8 Wochen), vielleicht lag das auch an der Jahreszeit (vor Weihnachten). Die Leuchte an sich sieht wie erwartet aus.
Eine der Glaskugeln der Leuchte ist leider beim Transport zerbrochen. Ich habe daraufhin den Kundenservice kontaktiert und wurde sehr positiv überrascht! Das Ersatzteil wurde umgehend versendet und war 2 Tage später bei mir Zuhause

Hey, danke für deine Bewertung! Die 'lange Lieferzeit' lag daran, dass du die Leuchte vorbestellt hast, die Lieferung war mit Ende Dezember ausgewiesen. Mittlerweile ist dieses Modell auf Lager und wie gewohnt in 1-3 Tagen bei dir.

Schöne Lampe zu einem unschlagbaren Preis

Wir sind sehr glücklich mit der Lampe die sich perfekt in unser Ambiente einpasst. Lediglich die Möglichkeit der nachträglichen Höhenverstellung könnte etwas einfacher gelöst sein.
Nach dem Lösen der Arretierung ist es trotzdem ein ziemliches Unterfangen die Schnüre zurück in das Gehäuse zu schieben. Macht selbst die Justage von 0,5-1cm zum Balanceakt.

Top-Qualität, stylisch und leicht zu montieten

Tolle Lampe, Anbringung jedoch etwas schwierig

Die Lampe ist toll, jedoch war die Unterbringung der Aufhängung schwierig, so dass wir die Höhe nicht mehr ändern mögen. Ein Seilzug wie in unserer vorherigen Lampe wäre doch noch optimaler. Aber das Licht der mitgelieferten Leuchtmittel und die Lampe in Gänze sind ein wirklicher Hingucker und toll!

Are the bulbs included?

Yes! The pendant light comes with five matching E14 LED bulbs. The included bulbs have a very warm 2700K color temperature and provide a cozy light. Of course, you can also use your own LEDs.

How do I turn the light on and off?

Once the light has been installed, you can simply turn it on and off using a light switch.

Can I integrate the light into my smart home system?

Sure! All you need are suitable E14 LEDs that are compatible with your smart home system. The included LEDs are not smart home compatible, but you can of course replace them with LEDs of your choice.

How do I attach the glass balls?

Unlike conventional lights with glass globes, we've dispensed with a plug-in mechanism, as this often leads to crooked installation and can scratch the glass. The glass globes of the Livana pendant light have a thread that allows them to be easily screwed into the holder. Make sure you only tighten the glass globes gently, as otherwise they will be difficult to remove.
