Our dimmable LED ceiling lights have a driver installed. It can be controlled via the included remote control, the Tuya app, or Alexa and Google Home on our lights from version 2 onward.

It’s a perfectly valid question to want to know what happens if the light source in your lamp stops working after a few years: after all, you want to enjoy your lamp for a long time. We can reassure you on this point—our lamps (floor lamps & pendant lamps) come with a standard 5-year warranty. And if your lamp develops a fault after those 5 years, we offer a repair service that restores the LEDs.

Yes. Often, the power connection is not positioned exactly above, for example, the dining table. This can be remedied with a cable duct or something similar, through which the power cables can be routed from the connection to the location where the light is to hang. The cable can then be fed through one of the ventilation slots beside the ceiling mount. It is also perfectly possible to drill another hole in the ceiling mount if you want to route the cable through at a specific point.

Yes. You can easily install all our pendant lights and ceiling lights on a sloped ceiling.

Our dimmable lights have their own driver, which adjusts the brightness and color temperature and can be controlled via the included remote control and smartphone app. An external dimmer switch therefore cannot control the light. Instead, conflicts may arise between the driver and the external dimmer, preventing the light from being controlled at all. We therefore recommend avoiding the use of an external dimmer.

Our lamps with replaceable light bulbs do not have a transformer installed, which means the lamp can be dimmed using an external dimmer. You can find information on whether the light bulbs are replaceable on the product page for the respective lamp.
