Q: Why do LED lights have an energy efficiency rating of F or G?

The energy efficiency rating scale was revised in 2021 to make it clearer and more future-proof. The new classes range from A to G and replace the old A+, A++, and A+++ ratings. LED lights rated F or G today were often rated A+++ in the past – their technology has not become less efficient. The scale simply became significantly stricter. At present, only highly specialized LED spotlights with cold, uninviting light achieve classes A to D. Comfortable LED lights with warm light, dimming capability, and high color rendering almost always fall into classes E, F, or G. This is not due to poor efficiency, but to deliberately chosen light quality. The difference in electricity costs is often only €3–4 per year – even with daily use.

Super schöne Lampe

Die Lampe sieht super aus, macht ein sehr schönes Licht drei verschiedene Lichtfarben, allerdings ist es immer schwierig. Wenn ein LED kaputt ist, muss ich dann die ganze Lampe wegwerfen!,, Leider kann man die LEDs nicht auswechseln.

Ich habe lange überlegt ob ich die Evanos bestellen soll, ob wirklich alles ist wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben, aber ich kann sagen JA!!!!
Es ist eine total tolle harmonische Lichtquelle und wirkt durch die punktuelle Beleuchtung wie eine indirekte Beleuchtung für den Rest des Raumes. Was ich tatsächlich außerdem als sehr lobenswert empfinde ist das ich die Höhe der Leuchte selbser individuell bestimmen und anpassen kann. Ich freue mich jeden Tag diese Entscheidung getroffen zu haben. Sehr schnelle Lieferung und super verpackt. Ein tolles Unternehmen, Respekt 😉

Eine klasse für sich diese Pendelleuchte, aber leider konnte ich sie nicht anschließen wegen Wechselschalter. War schon enttäuscht deswegen. Aber dafür ist der Kundenservice einer der schnellsten in Bearbeitungen ( 19.45 Uhr ) und 19.48 Uhr war schon alles abgewickelt. Solltet ihr eine Pendelleuchte für Wechselschlter ins (rogramm nehmen dann vergesst mich nicht mir eine Info zukommen zu lassen.

How can the length of the suspension wires be adjusted?

Each suspension wire is fed through a small pin on the ceiling suspension. Push the pin in with one finger while you pull the suspension wire with the other hand or feed the wire back into the housing to change the hanging height of the lamp. Thanks to this mechanism, you can still change the hanging height after the lamp has already been installed.

Are the bulbs included in the delivery?

Yes! The light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right out of the box. You don't need to purchase any extra bulbs; you can simply install and use the lamp. We use extremely high-quality LEDs from reputable manufacturers that meet the highest quality standards. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 5-year warranty.

Does the light save the last light setting?

Yes! All of our lights have a memory function, which saves the light setting within 5 seconds of being set. This allows you to turn the light on and off using the light switch without having to reset the light every time.

How long does it take to assemble the lamp?

We recommend that you allow approximately 30-60 minutes for the installation of our Evanos pendant light. Before installing the light, you should adjust the length of the suspension wires to your liking.

Do I have to connect the light to the app?

You can also control the light using only the remote control—but we recommend connecting it to the Tuya or Smart Life app. This keeps your light’s firmware up to date, helps prevent potential malfunctions, and allows you to perform updates immediately when needed.
