The energy efficiency rating scale was revised in 2021 to make it clearer and more future-proof. The new classes range from A to G and replace the old A+, A++, and A+++. LED luminaires that are now rated F or G often used to be A+++ – their technology hasn't deteriorated. The scale has simply become significantly stricter. Currently, only highly specialized LED spotlights with cold, uninviting light achieve classes A to D. Homely LED lights with warm light, dimmability, and high color rendering almost always land in the E, F, or G ratings. This isn't due to poor efficiency, but rather to deliberate lighting quality. The difference in electricity costs is often only €3–4 per year—even with daily use.

How can the length of the suspension wires be adjusted?

Each suspension wire is fed through a small pin on the ceiling suspension. Push the pin in with one finger while you pull the suspension wire with the other hand or feed the wire back into the housing to change the hanging height of the lamp. Thanks to this mechanism, you can still change the hanging height after the lamp has already been installed.

Are the bulbs included in the delivery?

Yes! The light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right out of the box. You don't need to purchase any extra bulbs; you can simply install and use the lamp. We use extremely high-quality LEDs from reputable manufacturers that meet the highest quality standards. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 5-year warranty.

Does the light save the last light setting?

Yes! All of our lights have a memory function, which saves the light setting within 5 seconds of being set. This allows you to turn the light on and off using the light switch without having to reset the light every time.

How long does it take to assemble the lamp?

We recommend that you allow approximately 30-60 minutes for the installation of our Evanos pendant light. Before installing the light, you should adjust the length of the suspension wires to your liking.

Die Lampe sieht super aus, macht ein sehr schönes Licht drei verschiedene Lichtfarben, allerdings ist es immer schwierig. Wenn ein LED kaputt ist, muss ich dann die ganze Lampe wegwerfen!,, Leider kann man die LEDs nicht auswechseln.

Es ist eine total tolle harmonische Lichtquelle und wirkt durch die punktuelle Beleuchtung wie eine indirekte Beleuchtung für den Rest des Raumes. Was ich tatsächlich außerdem als sehr lobenswert empfinde ist das ich die Höhe der Leuchte selbser individuell bestimmen und anpassen kann. The lamp is high quality and has an awesome design. Service is great. DPD messed up delivery at first, but Lumiere Support fixed the situation - I‘d recommend shipping via DHL, so much more reliable. The look and feel of the remote control is really cheap.
