The remote control is only compatible with lights of the control type "V1: Remote Control"

This 2.4G Bluetooth remote control can be used to control all our lamps that feature a Bluetooth transformer. It's possible to connect multiple lamps to a single remote control for synchronized control.

How does the remote control work?

Your light is automatically connected to the included remote control. However, if your light doesn't respond to the remote control's signals, you can reconnect by pressing the Connect button on the remote control within 5 seconds of turning on your light, for example, using the light switch. If the connection is successful, the light will flash once.

If you have purchased multiple lamps from us that use the same remote control type, you can also control multiple lamps with a single remote control. To do this, follow the steps described above for each lamp using the same remote control. This way, all lamps will respond to the signals from the same remote control.

Please note that you can connect multiple lamps to the same remote control, but not one lamp to multiple remote controls. In other words, each lamp can only be connected to one remote control, but you can connect one remote control to multiple lamps.

To unlink a lamp from its remote control, simply pair the lamp with another remote control as described above.
