Our founder: Phil

LUMIÈRE Design was launched in 2022 by our founder Phil. With this project, the 27-year-old combines his two passions for technology and design . His vision: to make LUMIÈRE Design a well-known brand for high-quality lighting with extensive features at affordable prices.

2022: Expansion of the product range

It soon became clear: our LUMIÈRE Design concept had struck a chord. We worked passionately on new luminaires and continually expanded our product range to create special lighting moments.

2023: Building our team

Growth brings responsibility – for us too. Despite growing demand, our focus has always been on reliable customer service that is personal, transparent, and quickly accessible.

End of 2023: Development of the Kalea pendant light

Developing a new luminaire is a real challenge. Our "Kalea" pendant light, for example, required almost a year of intensive work from the initial sketch to production readiness.

2024: A big step for us

Light creates atmosphere, warmth, and comfort – and we know how excited you are to find your new favorite light. That's why we took a big step in 2024: With the opening of our own warehouse, we can now deliver even faster, so you don't have to wait long for your personal lighting highlight.

Mid-2024: Repair service project

Today we know that the customer experience is at the heart of our success. If you're satisfied, you'll recommend us to others – that's what drives us to keep improving.

That's why we launched our repair service: free of charge within the warranty period, fast, uncomplicated – for less frustration, less waste and more sustainability.

End of 2024: Launch of our V2 Smart Home series

A company can only remain successful if it remains innovative: We have taken this principle to heart since our founding and launched our V2 Smart Home series at the end of 2024. This enabled us to expand the range of functions of our lights and offer even more modern products.
