Under what circumstances can you return a product?

We only accept returns from consumers (B2C) in the following cases:

The product was delivered damaged or defective.
The product does not meet your expectations.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please send us a message at service @lumiere-design .de . Together we will find a suitable solution for you.

When can you return a product?

Returns are only possible within 14 days of delivery. This deadline is determined by:

the delivery date according to the tracking information of the shipping service provider (or the day on which the parcel is ready for collection at the parcel shop),
and the date on your return receipt.

Please keep the return receipt carefully until the refund is fully processed.

If you return a product after the 14-day period has expired, we unfortunately cannot refund your order. In this case, we offer to return the product to you at your expense.

How do you return a product?

Please register your return using our form . We cannot process returns without prior registration using this form.
After registration, you will receive all the necessary information for the return from us.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Depending on the product type and size, these can range from €5.90 to €25.00 (e.g., GLS shipping). Costs may vary for returns from abroad.

We respond to return requests within a few business days. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of the return at our warehouse.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day

on which you (or a person other than the shipping service provider designated by you) took possession of the last goods if you ordered several products in one order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use our return form for this purpose.

Important :

The return address is different from our company address. Please do not send any packages to our company address without prior notification.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

You are obligated to return the goods to the return address immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

You will bear the costs of return shipping.

You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods which goes beyond checking their properties, condition and functioning.
