Under what circumstances can you return a product?

We accept returns from consumers (B2C) only in the following cases:

The product was delivered damaged or defective.
The product does not meet your expectations.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, feel free to send us a message at service@lumiere-design.de. Together, we will find a suitable solution for you.

When can you return a product?

Returns are only possible within 14 days of delivery. The following dates are decisive for this period:

the delivery date shown in the shipping carrier’s tracking information (or the day on which the package is ready for collection at the parcel shop),
and the date on your return receipt.

Please keep the return receipt in a safe place until the refund has been fully completed.

If you return a product after the 14-day period has expired, we unfortunately cannot refund the order. In this case, we offer to send the product back to you at your expense.

How do you return a product?

Register your return using our form. We cannot process returns that have not been registered in advance using this form.
After registering, you will receive all the necessary information from us for the return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Depending on the type and size of the product, these may range between €5.90 and €25.00 (e.g. GLS shipping). Costs may vary for returns from abroad.

We respond to return requests within a few business days. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

on which you (or a person designated by you who is not the shipping carrier) took possession of the last item, if you ordered several products in one order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use our return form for this purpose.

Important:

The return address differs from our company address. Please do not send packages to our company address without registering the return in advance.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back—whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to the return address without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their properties, condition, and functionality.
