Job Posting: Returns Manager (m/f/d) on a Mini-Job Basis

Then become part of our modern e-commerce company and support us as a Returns Manager (m/f/d) in professionally processing our returns.

Your responsibilities

• Processing returns through our digital returns portal
• Inspecting and assessing returned items (condition, reusability, etc.)
• Sorting and properly unpacking returned products
• Preparing products for resale (e.g., cleaning, repacking)
• Maintaining and inspecting the returns area, including cleanliness and process efficiency
• Monitoring inventory levels of repacking boxes and materials

• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• A conscientious and structured approach to work
  
• Physical stamina and strong organizational skills
• No previous experience is required, as you will learn everything with us
