Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Wanted for Remote Work! As a Mini-Job or Working Student

We are looking for reinforcements for our young service team—someone who will support the team with an independent and responsible approach to work.

If you enjoy handling more complex customer inquiries and have high standards when it comes to customer satisfaction, then you are made for this position. Our service team regularly discusses current customer tickets together in video calls and keeps up an active exchange in the group chat. We are looking for someone who can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and takes the time to handle their concerns conscientiously.

Your responsibilities:

• Responding to customer emails 
• Handling sometimes challenging and multifaceted inquiries
• Friendly and professional communication

What you bring:

• Enjoyment of customer contact and a good dose of patience
• Very strong written communication skills in German
• Independent working style and the ability to grasp things quickly
• Basic computer skills
