Customer service employee (m/f/d) wanted for home office! Part-time or working student

For our young service team, we are looking for reinforcements who will support the team with an independent, responsible approach to work.

If you enjoy handling even complex customer inquiries and have high standards for customer satisfaction, then you are a perfect fit for this role. Our service team regularly discusses current customer tickets together via video calls and maintains a lively exchange in group chats. We are looking for someone who puts themselves in the customer's shoes and takes the time to conscientiously address their concerns.

Your tasks:

• Answering customer emails
• Processing of sometimes demanding and complex requests
• Friendly and professional communication

This is what you bring with you:

• Enjoyment of customer contact and a dose of patience
• Very good written expression skills in German
• Independent work and a quick grasp
• Basic PC knowledge
