We’re hiring: Content & Creative Strategist as a working student or on a marginal employment basis (m/f/d)

As a fast-growing startup for modern pendant and wall lights as well as floor lamps, we’re looking for motivated team members who can bring more horsepower to our marketing.

If you have the following skills, we’re a match:

You use social media extensively yourself and know exactly what good content needs to look like
Creativity is key: You know current trends, enjoy experimenting, and like coming up with new content concepts
You enjoy communicating with content creators and establishing collaborations
You’re a perfectionist and aren’t satisfied too quickly; instead, you try to get even more performance out of our ads through new ideas

Your responsibilities:

You create ad concepts and creative briefs, write scripts, and look for suitable content creators for our brand
You commission content, reach out to creators, and organize collaborations
You keep track of all ongoing collaborations and stay on top of everything
You keep an eye on the latest trends and assess which ones can be implemented for our brand
You regularly have calls with our marketers to receive feedback on ongoing ads and align new content accordingly
