As a rapidly growing startup company specializing in modern pendant lights and floor lamps, we are currently hiring a Customer Support Associate (m/f/d). If you enjoy answering customer inquiries, developing customized solutions to problems, and have a knack for cost-effective and sustainable inquiry management, we have the ideal part-time job for you.

What do we offer?
  • You can work completely remotely
  • You can choose your working hours mostly organize it yourself
  • Remuneration of 13€ / hour (after the 3-month probationary period, previously 12.5€ / hour)
If you have the following skills, we have a match:
  • Independent, responsible work
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to understand and satisfy customer needs when dealing with customer enquiries, as well as to consider the company's profitability
  • Interest and understanding of our products
These are your areas of responsibility:
  • Answering customer inquiries via email via our ticket system
  • Development of individual solutions for customer inquiries
  • Complaint management: Handling customer complaints and efforts to resolve conflicts
  • Collect customer feedback to derive improvements for our products
