We are hiring: Customer Support representative on a marginal employment basis (m/f/d)

As a rapidly growing startup specializing in modern pendant lights and floor lamps, we are looking to hire a Customer Support representative (m/f/d) immediately. If you enjoy answering customer inquiries, developing individual solutions to problems, and have a knack for managing inquiries in an economically and sustainably minded way, we have the ideal part-time job for you.

What do we offer?

• You can work fully remotely
• You can set your working hours largely set your own schedule
• Compensation of €13 per hour (after the 3-month probationary period; €12.50 per hour beforehand)

If you bring the following skills, we have a match:

• Independent, responsible approach to work
• Good communication skills
• The ability to understand and meet customers’ needs when responding to inquiries, while also considering the company’s profitability
• Interest in and understanding of our products

These are your areas of responsibility:

• Answering customer inquiries by email via our ticketing system
• Developing individual solutions to customer inquiries
• Complaint management: handling customer complaints and working to resolve conflicts
• Collecting customer feedback to derive improvements for our products from this information
