FAQ V2 Lights

Your light is automatically paired with the included remote control. However, if your light does not respond to the remote control’s signals, you can reconnect it by following these steps:

Make sure that 2x AAA batteries are inserted and that the small red LED at the top of the remote control lights up when you press any button.

1) Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds. The red LED flashing confirms that the remote control has been reset.

2) Make sure that your light is switched off using the light switch. Now switch the light back on using the light switch.

3) After switching on the light, press and hold the power button on the remote control for approximately 6 seconds. The light will briefly illuminate when the connection has been successfully established. Sometimes you may need to repeat this step because the light’s driver takes a few seconds to start up and respond to signals from the remote control. Therefore, press and hold the power button on the remote control for 6 seconds—if the connection is unsuccessful, try again immediately.
